Legendary club night Clockwork Orange kickstarted Showsec’s contract with Printworks London in September 2018 and since then the Showsec team have been involved in the delivery of the venues impressive schedule of live events.

Once an old industrial printing space it has been turned around by operators Broadwick Live into a multi-purpose events venue renowned for live and electronic music seasons. Printworks has since been recognised as the capital’s Best Club by the Love London 2018 awards, making the collaboration extremely exciting to be a part of.

Boasting an impressive 5,000-person capacity, Printworks provides six indoor spaces arranged over multiple levels in addition to an outdoor yard. Three of these spaces have been specially curated for music events; The Control Room, The Press Halls, and The Dark Room. The Press Halls stretch over 119,200 sq ft and were once western Europe’s largest print facility – making Printworks an unconventional venue with bespoke operations.

Showsec provide a flexible approach to creating a tailored, solution driven model so whether it’s customer service in the front of house, securing the back of house or in the front of stage pits – Showsec are on hand to influence a safe and enjoyable experience for attendees, staff and artists.

Along with night-time music performances, art exhibitions, experimental events, product launches and filming, Printworks also offer all day clubbing events.

To have the understanding and expertise with historical knowledge of artists, audiences and demographics has been vital to the success of this operation. All the above have assisted Printworks to be the only London club voted in the Top 10 in DJ Mag’s Top 100 Clubs in the world!”

With major events scheduled for the upcoming months including Annie Mac Presents, Amnesia Presents Pyramid and Eskimo Dance, Showsec look forward to continuing working with Printworks.
